Mark T. Mondello

Mark Mondello is the Chairman, CEO and Director of Jabil Inc (JBL). He took over the post of Chairman of the Board of Directors from Nov 1, 2021. He joined Jabil in 1992 as a manufacturing supervisor. He was promoted to project manager in 1993, named vice president, business development in 1997, Senior Vice President, Business Development in 1999, and COO in 2002, overseeing global operations, business development, new product development, supply chain, and information technology. The company provides comprehensive electronics design, production and product management services to companies in various industries and end markets, enabling customers to reduce manufacturing costs, improve supply-chain management, reduce inventory obsolescence, lower transportation costs and reduce product fulfillment time. 

Mondello owns 2,145,480 shares in Jabil Inc., which is 1.59% of the company's market cap, valued at $146,321,736.

Earlier, Mondello had worked as a commercial and defense-related aerospace project manager for Moog, Inc. 

A native of Chicago, he holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of South Florida.
